Collaboration is central to professional engineering work and, consequently, teamwork and group projects are a big part of EPFL.
Given that diverse teams have been shown to be more creative and economically productive than homogeneous teams, skills for decision-making and collaborating in such contexts are key for our graduates.
This booth shares some of the evidence-informed strategies and approaches provided to EPFL students for their project work.
