Smart Living Lab / Building2050 (BUILD):
By taking a holistic approach to sustainable building solutions, we support the design and management of low carbon buildings using cutting-edge digital tools and open-source technology.
This booth is part of the larger exhibition presenting the projects of nearly 40 EPFL laboratories related to climate change issues. This exhibition is structured around four themes:
• Renewable energies and towards net-zero emissions
• Sustainable construction
• Transforming cities and territory
• Protection and management of natural resources
Researchers from fields as diverse as civil engineering, architecture and environmental sciences will present their work and the tools they use on a daily basis.
