Description
We all radiate light, just like any object that is heated to a certain temperature. Using an infrared camera, we will make the link between temperature and light. We will then go to the heart of an LED lamp, where quantum physics allows light to be emitted without the need for heating. We will discuss the quality of light from LEDs and their energy efficiency. We will finish with the light emitted by lasers.
