Making Intelligent Traffic

Apr 29, 20237:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salle BC 05

Description

In order to understand traffic, we need to be able to create it. In this project, we aim to do just that. By using computer vision, we are able to localize our 3D printed vehicles. They use Bluetooth to receive commands from a central computer, where we simulate different traffic scenarios. To make the traffic "smart", we created simulations where vehicles can communicate to each other their intentions and decide who should have the right of way to minimize traffic.
