A protein crystallisation workshop where you will be able to observe the formation of small protein crystals of the size of a tenth of a millimeter under a microscope and in real time.
The protein production and structure technology platform presents protein crystallography. With this technique, researchers can observe, at the atomic level, how a drug binds to its target protein and thus blocks its function. This is an essential step in the development and improvement of drugs.
Come and learn more about how drugs have beneficial effects on our health, but can also have unwanted side effects.
